Hey there! I’m Rachel, and I’m a certified Professional Organizer based in the Greater Toronto Area. My mission is all about bringing harmony into your life by organizing every aspect of it. I truly believe that genuine happiness and success come when you’re in sync with your surroundings.

Let me take you back to the beginning…

After earning a degree in Musical Theatre from Sheridan College, I embarked on a journey of theatre productions and performances all over the country. Living a minimalist lifestyle initially stemmed from necessity, as I packed just a few suitcases for my adventures.

Upon returning home, the inspiration struck when I delved into decluttering and simplifying my life, inspired by the renowned Marie Kondo. It was during this transformative process that I realized many people struggle with the stress of excess possessions.

Fueled by a newfound passion for creating harmony, I made a life-changing decision to become a Professional Organizer.

Fast forward five years, and Living In Harmony was born. It’s a venture fueled by my vision and dedication to helping others find serenity through decluttering and organization. The team has grown to include four amazing individuals, all sharing a deep passion for transforming spaces and lives.

As Living In Harmony expands, my mission remains unwavering: to create a world where everyone can experience the serenity that comes from living in harmony with their surroundings. With dedication driving us forward, this dream is destined to become a reality.

Family | Married to my amazing husband Robbie and mother to our precious little Eloise. We both come from large Italian families and we love them beyond words.

If I Could Live Anywhere | Somewhere up in the mountains with beautiful meadows and streams. I’d explore nature all day long with my daughter.

Day Off | Quality time with my husband and daughter. Rock climbing, walks, playing music and laughing a lot! Or a cute coffee shop with my best friends.

Bucket List | Go to outerspace – a girl can dream right?!

  I just wanted to thank you and your team for coming to my place and helping with the organization. I can’t even explain how happy and stress free my life has been after the changes. I know where things go; everything is organized and looks nice.

Today I was putting things away and I knew where things go. I was just so happy organizing. Previously I used to get so overwhelmed and exhausted.

  I have never felt so comforted and relieved until I met Rachel and her wonderful and kind team.

In my experience, I withheld a deep appreciation for the level of honesty, kindness, and respect that Rachel and her team extended to me.

I felt lost when it came to certain components of my home and was concerned with timing. Rachel was very respectful and always willing to take me under her wing. Despite the time and distance, she extended her kindness and willingness to work with me. For the first time, I felt genuinely cared for and truly honest about the true needs of my home.

Rachel and her team are ever so polite and caring. I really appreciated the patience that Rachel and her team extended throughout this process.

Rachel was to the point and realistic with the progress of my little home.   Cassandra was an absolute joy and so easy to work with! Organizing after moving from a different country while figuring out my life here was a different chaos altogether! Thank goodness I met Rachel and was able to transition so easily. Within 3 hours all my clothing went with ease from suitcases into a small apartment closet.

It’s been over a month now, and I have really learnt how to organize on my own and I put everything back in the same place. I loved how easy Cassandra made it to transition into my place.

One of my favourite moments I’ll take with me is when we were discussing how to put some of the things that I might not really use or want, but couldn’t decide if I wanted to throw them away and put them into the bedside table drawer - and Cassandra was like “No! Everything has a home and we do not want any junk drawers anywhere in the house”.
I’m carrying that mantra with me for life.

I will continue to work with Rachel and Cassandra from time to time to maintain the organizing magic! Thank you so much.

  I worked virtually with Rachel on clearing out my storage unit, since I had been out of the country for several years.

Rachel FaceTimed me and we went through all my possessions and decided what was going to be donated and what items were going to be kept. After deciding on the items I wanted to keep, Rachel mailed them quickly to Nova Scotia, where they will be stored until I return to Canada.

She did everything so fast! I now have such peace of mind knowing the storage is cleared. Thank you Rachel!

  Rachel came in and transformed my pantry and kitchen. I couldn’t believe the difference! It is now so beautiful and much more functional.
I always wanted to do it but never really thought who to go to and I stumbled on her and I thought if not now when I always wanted a clean kitchen and being able to have easy access and not hoard stuff Cus over the years it just accumulates .
It felt like I was on the Marie Kondo show. I never knew my stuff could look like it does on TV.

  Rachel and I tackled my dreaded closet and dresser as I had let it become a hurricane the past the two years.

When I came back from my travels earlier in June, I knew I wanted to overhaul every room in my house and live in a more peaceful, inviting space.

My anxiety and mood are greatly affected by my surroundings.

Rachel came with so many ideas and a passion for organizing I have never seen, and we transformed my room in FOUR hours.
